Overview

Krisumi Corporation is all set to launch the new Krisumi Waterfall Residence, a small Japanese waterfall residence in Sector 36a Gurgaon that will simply take your breath away. The background of the project is the collaboration between Sumitomo Corp of Japan and Krishna Group of India, who bring their best expertise and modern technology to the development of the project. Krisumi Waterfall Residences is the first of its kind to involve a Japanese company in India. Krisum Falls is the first to offer a Japanese living experience in Indian homes.

Project highlights

Krisumi Corporation will soon launch a new project Krisumi City Gurgaon Waterfall Residences with world-class amenities.
The first phase with more than 50 apartments (1.2 million square meters) will be completed in -5 years.
Phase 1 of the project is expected at the end of this year.
Phase 2 Launch soon
The urban area of more than 65 hectares will be developed in 7-8 phases with approximately 5,000 apartments (about 18 million square feet) over 10 years.
The master plan and architectural design of Krisum City Gurgaon was developed by the world-renowned Japanese design firm NIKKEN SEKKEI.
The project also includes a high-end shopping mall, educational institutions, a high-end hotel and high-end office space.
